Geographically, Spain covers 499 542 square kilometers in the south west of Europe. It is bordered by three seas including the Bay of Biscay in the north, The Mediterranean in the north east which stretches 1660 km (1030miles) long and the Atlantic Ocean which is 710km (440miles) long.
