Travel Information on Los Angeles

The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angeles, designed by Spanish architect Jose Rafael Moneo, is the centerpiece of the largest Catholic archdiocese in the United States. 

The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels is a significant religious, cultural and civic institution in our community. Since its opening on September 2002, its majestic beauty has inspired over 1.5 million visitors. 

In addition to being an important civic landmark, the Cathedral has also developed and funded educational and social programs benefiting the greater Los Angeles community. 

Afternoon Concerts, Special Liturgies, or any Special Events will extend the Cathedral's regular hours of operation
