TIME FOR A BREAK
Spring is a fantastic time for a city break, and since the spring comes to Poland a bit faster than to Sweden, a weekend in one of Polish cities seems like a great idea.
We present Cracow, Gdansk, Wroclaw and Warsaw briefly, so you know how much you have to choose from beautiful Polish spring.

Cracow
- always crowded with tourist, who along with artists and students of the city create its specific atmosphere.
See the biggest old market square in Europe, the Maria church on it and take a walk towards the Wawel castle and then along the Wisla river.
Meet the dragon on the river bank and take it easy for the rest of the day, before a night at the opera, theatre or cinema.

Gdansk
– the gate of Poland from the north, an old hanzeatic city with an impressive harbor and marvelous buildings in the old town.
Being there you cannot miss the neighboring Gdynia with a oceanic museum and Sopot, a cozy spa where you can spend a night in a little pension and then go for a long walk on a beach.
See details on www.gdansk.pl.

Warsaw
– the city of palaces and monuments situated along the Royal Tract, which ends in the marvelous gardens of Wilanow Palace.
So not miss Palace of Culture and Science and bohemian Praga district with its sophisticated art centers and trendy cafes.
Take it easy in Lazienki park later and finish your day in one of the pubs of old town.
Have a look at www.warsawtour.pl.

Wroclaw
– situated on Odra river and its tributaries, the city is a combination of water, bridges and atmosphere created by old buildings and monuments.
Take a walk on Ostrow Tumski, one of the islands, the location of first Slavic settlements, where the cathedral is lit with manually handled gas street lamps.
And do not miss the old town, especially the town hall and the oldest pub in the city which is situated in its basement.
