Snowmass, one of the four Aspen resorts (Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands, and Snowmass), is known for its long, groomed cruising runs. Twenty lifts carry skiers and snowboarders to 3,010 acres of skiable terrain.

For snowboarders, Snowmass offers two halfpipes, two terrain parks, a four-mile run with terrain-park features and strap-on benches at the top of each lift.

Over 38% of Snowmass' terrain is steep and challenging, and 'the Cirque', including runs like AMF and Gowdy's, is a favorite among advanced skiers and riders.
